The Main
production of Tabadol-Kar IND. Co. Ltd. is heating and cooling
coils. For each application a suitable coil is designed and
manufactured. The coils can be made of aluminum or copper fins
. The tubes are copper with 5/8” or 3/8” OD. For
water cooling or heating , 5/8” OD tube is recommended
but for air cooled condensers and cold room evaporators either
OD’ s may be designed and used.
The tube arrangment is staggered which gives optimum air side
heat transfer coefficient.
In order to design an air cooler, the following data must be
supplied:

Entering air dry bulb Temp.(°C)
Entering air wet bulb Temp.(°C) or relative
humidity(%).
Required air outlet Temp.(°C)
Water entering Temp.(°C) or in the case of evaporator the
evaporating Temp.(°C) To design an air heating coil, the
