Capacity: The Heat Rejection capacity of “AB”
series ranges from 5.5kW to 77kW ( T=15°C).
The “TA” series range from 26kW to 225kW ( T=15°C). |

The air-cooled condensers of “AB”
and “TA” series are of staggered type and designed
with 3/8” copper tubes, 8FPI and 5/8” copper tubes,
10FPI, respectively.
The copper tubes are mechanically expanded to have maximum thermal
bound with the aluminum fins. |

| The electro motors used are 3ph/380V/50Hz with
a specially designed body for quick and easy installation. The
fans are of aluminum type with four blades, which are dynamically
balanced. |

In order to select a suitable condenser for a
specific application refer to the following example.
The cooling capacity required for a cold room is calculated:
Qe=17kW
Refrigerant : R22
Evaparating temperature (te) = -10°C
Ambient temperature (ta) = 38°C
Condensing temperature (tc) = 50°C
Condenser T=50-38=12°C
The chosen compressor is : D3DC-1000
From the compressor catalogue find the compressor power consumption
(W) and refrigerating capacity (Qe) at the design conditions:
W=7.725kW, Qe = 17.94kW
Now calculate the required heat rejection rate for the condenser
(Qc) :
Qc = Qe + W
Qc = 17.94 + 7.725 = 25.665 kW
With this heat rejection rate and condenser T
refer to the condenser capacity table and choose a suitable
model : D2 - 10 will be chosen. |
